Hey Lykkers! Have you ever dreamed of sandy beaches, exciting theme parks, and breathtaking coastal views all in one place?

We had the chance to experience the Gold Coast, Australia's iconic vacation destination, and we're excited to share our stories and top attractions with you!

Surfers Paradise: The Heart of the Gold Coast

Our first stop was Surfers Paradise, one of the most famous beaches on the Gold Coast. We were captivated by the golden sands, perfect for sunbathing and swimming, and the buzzing atmosphere of the area. The surf was incredible, and we couldn't resist trying a lesson, even though we were beginners! Afterward, we strolled along Cavill Avenue, filled with trendy shops, cafes, and vibrant nightlife. It's the perfect place to experience the true energy of the Gold Coast.

Opening hours: The beach is open all day, with the best conditions for surfing in the morning. As for the local shops and cafes, they usually open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Surfing lessons typically cost around AUD 50–80 per hour.

Warner Bros. Movie World: Movie Magic Awaits

Next, we ventured to Warner Bros. Movie World, a thrilling theme park for movie lovers. From high-speed roller coasters to interactive shows featuring our favorite superheroes, we had an unforgettable time. We couldn't get enough of the DC Rivals HyperCoaster, the tallest and fastest ride in the park. For fans of all ages, this park brings the magic of Hollywood to life with attractions for everyone, from adrenaline junkies to those looking for more relaxed fun.

Opening hours: Warner Bros. Movie World is open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Ticket prices are around AUD 90 for adults and AUD 70 for children, with options for multi-park passes if you're visiting more than one park.

Where to Stay: QT Gold Coast

After a long day of exploring, we stayed at QT Gold Coast, a stylish hotel just a short distance from Surfers Paradise. The modern decor, luxurious rooms, and relaxing pool area made it the perfect retreat. We especially loved the hotel's vibrant restaurant scene, with delicious meals to keep us energized for the day. Prices start at approximately AUD 150 per night, making it a great choice for both comfort and convenience.
